"SinFin Homes has been a wonderful partner to Habitat."

Anne Manning, Executive Director Habitat for Humanity

Luxury Developer SinFin Homes Earns Praise for Team Building on one of Largest Habitat for Humanity Projects

REAL ESTATE NEWS
Luxury home developer SinFin Homes has earned praise for its volunteer Team Building efforts on Jordan Commons, one of the largest Habitat for Humanity projects in the world.

"SinFin Homes has been a wonderful partner to Habitat.  Not only are they financial contributors to our ministry, but as a Corporate Team Build, they provided skilled professional volunteers to help build in Jordan Commons this past weekend.  Their exceptional work accelerated our construction schedule tremendously.  We are proud to number them among our greatest supporters," said Anne Manning, Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami.

"We were pleased to be able to make a contribution to this outstanding project to provide affordable, quality housing and a sustainable community for residents displaced by hurricane destruction," said Armando Jomarron, President and CEO of SinFin Homes.

Jomarron and a SinFin Homes volunteer group of 15 employees worked as Corporate Team Builders on Saturday, December 10, at Jordan Commons following the developer's donations to cover expenses and the cost of building materials used during the workday.

With more than 100 homes already built, the 40-acre development just east of US 1 in South Miami-Dade County will provide some 200 homes on completion that are sold to low-income families at cost and at below-market rates.

SinFin Homes worked alongside town planners Duany Plater-Zyberk & Company, who planned the Jordan Commons community in 1994.
