NewsMark Public Relations Retained by Luxury Developer SinFin Homes to Herald Expansion Into New Florida Housing Markets

BOCA RATON and MIAMI, Fla.,  -- Leading Miami-based luxury home developer SinFin Homes has retained NewsMark Public Relations as part of an expansion into new housing markets, the PR agency reported today.

"Florida's housing market continues to attract new home owners and we're
pleased to be tasked with positioning the tremendous value and vision that
SinFin Homes is poised to deliver," said NewsMark CEO Mark Hopkinson.

"The latest project from SinFin Homes will create Mediterranean-styled
homes in The Village of Palmetto Bay that offer a rare opportunity to live in
one of the more desirable areas in South Florida with excellent public and
private schools, shopping and dining, just minutes from Biscayne Bay," said
Armando Jomarron, President and CEO of SinFin Homes.

Designed with a modern Spanish influence that combines original Florida
traditional design, the Village of Palmetto Bay Estates will initially comprise 17 luxury homes on Miami's SW 174th Street between 92nd Court and 93rd Avenue.  Homes will range from approximately 3,000 square feet to 4,400 square feet on lots that occupy 10,700 square feet to a half-acre.
Pre-construction pricing starts from $569k to the high 700s. Each model offers a distinctive floor plan, large covered terraces, French doors, luxury kitchen
upgrades, spacious bedrooms with wall-to-wall Berber carpeting, arched
entryways, barrel tile roofs and colonial-styled windows.

"We wanted these Mediterranean-style homes to enhance the beauty of the
area and particularly Palmetto Bay. At SinFin Homes we are building a
reputation on projects that enhance quality of life for residents and the
community as a whole. We approach every project with the homeowner's dream always in mind," said Jomarron, who personally supervises all construction.

Combining 25 years of hands-on construction experience in South Florida,
SinFin Homes www.SinFinHomes.com is an established luxury homebuilder and developer offering a tradition of uncompromising construction quality, functionality, exceptional architectural design and enduring value in every project. At Sinfin, investors and homeowners alike also have access to in-house GMAC Mortgage Residential Lender Vickie Lopez, who brings 23 years of experience in sales and residential lending to seamlessly serve retail customers.
